Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain visitor/contractor/vehicle records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations and inform site contacts/emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeters to identify unusual activity.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs per procedures.
