Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue temporary badges, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, escalate through established channels.
• Conduct patrols to identify and report unusual conditions or access concerns.
