Job summary

Allied Universal in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver Credential Verification. You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide customer service at an industrial site.

This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and a schedule Mon- Fri 2 PM–10 PM with weekly pay. Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, and applying site procedures; candidates must be 18+ (or 21+ for armed roles) with a HS diploma and pass

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers/tablets and common software.
• Must be able to verify credentials and handle access control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and maintaining entry/exit records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and report security concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and document incidents professionally.
