Legends Global Oakland is seeking a Security Dispatcher for a part-time, non-union position at $29.72 per hour. The role protects patrons, employees and assets and oversees the performance and conduct of all Facility Security Officers at the Oakland venues.

The Dispatcher will direct the security team, perform shift inspections, review reports, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. They enforce protocols, manage staffing and lost-and-found, and remain compliant with security directives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency; BA/BS degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• California Driver's License.
• Must have a California guard card or be willing and able to obtain one prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor the performance of facility security officers and ensure the team conducts themselves professionally.
• Perform shift inspections and ensure readiness of security personnel.
• Review daily activity and incident reports against camera footage and adjust as needed.
• Determine threat levels and direct appropriate actions, coordinating with law enforcement as needed.
• Enforce security protocols and participate in security briefings; comply with directives from Security Management.
• Maintain staffing levels and control of lost and found items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
