Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and calm demeanor under pressure.
• Proficient in typing and data entry; know dispatch software.
• Experience with radio dispatch and emergency procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Security Officers and staff for calls, alarms, and routine needs.
• Coordinate with emergency responders until arrival.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control and emergency devices.
• Log resident check-ins per policy and escalate urgent requests as needed.
• Coordinate transportation movements and liaise with drivers for safe service.
