Palisade Defense Security is seeking a professional and dependable Security Dispatcher to join our team. You will serve as the central point of communication between field officers, supervisors, clients, and management, coordinating security operations and ensuring timely responses to incidents and client needs.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, remains calm under pressure, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn security software systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch security officers to assigned locations and service calls.
• Maintain regular communication with field officers and supervisors.
• Monitor officer activity through TrackTik and other security management systems.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and security systems as assigned.
• Receive and document calls regarding incidents, emergencies, and client requests.
• Coordinate responses to suspicious activity, emergencies, and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs), dispatch logs, and incident reports.
• Report security concerns, incidents, and operational issues to management.
• Ensure all shifts are properly staffed and communicate scheduling concerns when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, officers, and the public.

• Knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
