Responsibilities

• Centralized command post operations: serve as primary point for emergency communications and dispatch security personnel.
• Monitor and respond to alarms (fire, boiler, panic, codes) and initiate emergency protocols.
• Oversee CCTV surveillance and report unusual activities.
• Advanced dispatching and coordination: deploy officers to critical areas and document activities.
• Coordinate with staff and emergency services to manage incidents and ensure rapid response.
• Maintain logs and records, including daily activities, incident reports, and parking citations.
• Crisis communication: issue overhead announcements during emergencies to guide personnel and visitors.
• Assist with emergency functions including weather and disaster monitoring.
• Operational efficiency and maintenance: ensure reporting is accurate and timely; maintain a clean area.

Operational efficiency and maintenance: Ensure all reporting means are performed accurately and timely. Maintain a clean, organized area.
