Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Florida Class D security license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of security officers, supervisors, and support staff.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for various security assignments, considering client requirements and operational needs.
• Develop and implement operational plans, strategies, and protocols to enhance security services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and tailor services accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze security trends, incidents, and emerging risks to adjust strategies.
• Manage allocation of resources such as personnel, equipment, and technology.
• Oversee scheduling and coverage for all security assignments, including events and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and local law enforcement.
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
