Security Desk Officer (2nd Shift - Downtown)

NSG, Inc. is seeking dedicated Security Desk Officers for the 2nd shift at a large office facility in Downtown Cincinnati. The role involves maintaining a safe environment and includes responsibilities such as monitoring alarms, surveillance cameras, and property access points.

Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, surveillance cameras, and property entrances/exits.
• Complete patrols of the facility via foot or barcode scans.
• Respond to emergencies by contacting law enforcement or fire services and reporting incidents to NSG leadership.
• Manage visitors and trespassers, guiding unwelcome parties off the premises.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter threats.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
