Job description

NSG, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Desk Officers to join our team for 2nd shift at a large office facility located in Downtown Cincinnati. As a Security Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customer.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check.

Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:

Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Compensation

• Competitive pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.

Responsibilities

• Backup site supervisor in a command center environment that includes monitoring alarms and surveillance cameras.
• Monitor property entrance/exit posts, inspect property, and monitor visitors.
• Complete site patrols by foot and barcode scans.
• Contact law enforcement or fire department in emergencies and communicate incidents to NSG leadership and property owners.
• Report suspicious activity and follow guidance from NSG leadership and property owners.
• Guide discharged staff, trespassers, and unwelcome parties off the premises.
• Report incidents promptly to authorities and NSG leadership.
• Provide a visible presence to deter threats.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
