Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years in security design.
• Familiarity with Autodesk and security design practices.
• RCDD and Electrical Engineering degree helpful; CPP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design integrated electronic security systems.
• Calculate power loads, UPS requirements and single-line diagrams.
• Produce complete construction documents for security projects.
• Work with project managers and owners to meet design objectives.
• Write specifications and review with the project team.
• Support other designers, coordinators or technicians across design phases.
• Perform QA/QC on the work of others as needed.
