Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Associate Manager to join a DevSecOps team in a dynamic intelligence community environment. The role is hybrid, located at the customer site in Tampa, Florida, with a schedule that blends on-site and remote work.

The successful candidate will bring cloud security, IA/ISSO/IAM experience, and solid Linux/Windows administration. A TS/SCI clearance is required or active eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems Technology; or 6+ years of cyber security work experience as a substitute.
• Experience hardening cloud technologies, including AWS or Azure, focusing on Infrastructure as a Service.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Windows system administration.
• Experience with intelligence community IA roles (ISSO/IAM) preferred.
• Experience developing Body of Evidence artifacts for Certification and Accreditation under NIST SP 800-Series, DoD RMF, ICD 503.
• Knowledge of federal regulations governing IT systems.

• Support Certification and Accreditation activities and artifact development per RMF/ICD 503.
• Assist in maintaining and improving security posture and compliance for IC IT systems.

Job Description

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Associate Manager to work in a constantly evolving intelligence community environment where new technologies are developed and utilized frequently and learning never stops.The selected candidate will work a hybrid schedule as part of an existing DevSecOps team performing in a Agile and sometimes Kanban planning environment at the customer site located in Tampa, Florida per approved schedule.

Here's what you need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems Technology; or 6+ years of experience providing cyber security support for IT systems as a substitute for academic degree.
• Experience in working hardening Cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure, particularly Infrastructure as a Service.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Windows system administration.
• Experience with intelligence community Information Assurance (IA), including Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) or Information Assurance Manager (IAM) roles preferred.
• Experience with developing Body of Evidence artifacts for Certification and Accreditation (C&A) of systems under frameworks, including National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-Series, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503.
• Knowledge of terminology and federal regulations applicable to specification, development, acquisition, and maintenance of IT systems.

Security clearance

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
