Job summary

You will own the metrics, experiments, and analysis that demonstrate accuracy of guidance, actions by builders, and fewer production issues, while shaping strategy and standards for this new data leader group.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent quantitative degree required for advanced modeling.
• Proven track record building quantitative solutions at scale.
• Experience leading ML/DS teams and delivering impact.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap, and direction for a combined data science and data engineering team.
• Own measurement of embedded security effectiveness and guide actions.
• Lead risk identification data science and feedback loops for smarter guidance.
• Determine optimal mix of science, data engineering, and BI resources.
• Ensure outputs are trustworthy, deliverable, and drive decisions.
• Grow engineers and scientists, managing ambiguity and scope.
