Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services seeks an Administrative and Data Management Assistant to support AFRL's Risk Identification and Security Countermeasure (RISC) program at Wright-Patterson AFB. Qualifications

• Five years of experience analyzing and producing written and oral risk reports briefing AFRL, USAF, and DoD entities.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and fulfill all duties in the contract.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Control and maintain critical records from security reviews and provide admin/tech support.
• Assist with analysis and production of risk reports and briefings to AFRL/USAF/DoD.
• Sign NDAs and attest to security requirements as required.
• Provide admin and technical support to the RISC organization across functions.
• Collate data and derive risk analyst conclusions from current threats to technology/resources.
• Assist senior analysts in evaluating efficiency and productivity of the organization.
• Input and maintain data and records of security reviews and actions within designated timelines.
• Prepare reports and briefings by collecting and reviewing technical/statistical data.
• Identify trends, causes, and recommendations; refer for in-depth study as needed.
• Handle, store, and disseminate classified data per DoD procedures.
