Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale systems.
• Expertise in data engineering and distributed systems (Kafka, Flink, Spark).
• Strong programming fundamentals in Java, C++, or Rust.
• Operational mindset with high availability, on-call, and observability focus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, mentoring engineers when needed.

Responsibilities
