Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Licensed Security D Site Lead for a residential community near Tampa. The role oversees site activity, conducts inspections, and ensures security procedures are followed by personnel on a Mon–Fri 7am–3pm schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of team lead or shift supervisor experience in security, a D License, and a valid Florida driver's license with a clean record. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Security D License (Required).
• Valid FL Driver's License and clean driving history (Required).
• Flexible/on-call schedule availability.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).

Responsibilities

• Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor.
• Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support.
• Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute the contract.
• Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports.
• Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy.
• Address and rectify all employee relations and payroll concerns promptly.
• Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
• Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.).
• Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team promptly.
• Manage security personnel including scheduling, counseling and/or disciplinary actions when necessary.

Security Site Lead oversees site activity. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocol.
