Preferred Candidate Profile

The strongest candidate will be composed, observant, confident, physically capable, and comfortable taking responsibility for a property during overnight hours. Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or other security environments is desirable.

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate a commanding professional presence, strong interpersonal awareness, and the ability to recognize when to intervene, when to de-escalate, and when to contact the appropriate authorities.

Recruitment Priority

We are looking for a security professional who can deter problems, recognize developing situations, and respond appropriately - not simply someone who can fill an overnight shift.

Schedule: Saturday-Sunday: 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
