Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of management or leadership experience.
• Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily activities of assigned Officers and field operations.
• Monitor on-site services to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and development for Officers/Supervisors.
• Assist Director with hiring, onboarding and reviews.
• Oversee field operations while maintaining client relationships.
• Perform administrative tasks and incident follow-ups as needed.
