You will support the client by maintaining a safe environment, training new officers, and upholding high standards of integrity and customer service. The role offers a mix of full-time and part-time shifts, tuition assistance, and career development.

Position Overview

As a Supervisor, you will support our clients by maintaining a safe and secure environment through:

• Foot patrols, vehicle patrols, and site inspections

• Incident response and detailed reporting

• Providing a professional security presence at the client's site

• Supporting community safety through vigilance and visibility

You will support your team by:

• Maintaining schedules

• Maintaining attendance records

• Providing training to new Officers

This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, observant, customer service oriented, and motivated to advance in the security industry.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must:

• Be 18+ years old

• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record (no moving violations/accidents within 36 months)

• Be able to stand, walk, drive and sit for 8-12 hour shifts

• Be comfortable using a smartphone for reports, communication, and GPS

• Be professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented

• Have a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience (in any field)
• Have a smartphone and a laptop or tablet
