Signal of Eastern PA is seeking an Area Security Supervisor to join our team in Central PA. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment through patrols, incident reporting, and leadership of on-site security personnel.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage schedules and training. A full-time position with competitive pay and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Clean driving record (no moving violations/accidents in 36 months)
• Ability to stand, walk, drive and sit for 8–12 hour shifts
• Professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in any field

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols and site inspections
• Respond to incidents and submit detailed reports
• Provide a professional security presence at client sites and conduct weekly check-ins
• Support on-site teams with scheduling and attendance records
• Train new Officers and mentor junior staff
