Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 to handle badge production, clearance processing, and access control. The role requires a current Secret clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

You will manage security data, fingerprints, and visitor logs while maintaining security records and documentation. In this position, you will support physical security, maintain security systems and databases, and assist with event-based access controls.

Qualifications

• Current Active Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years education and/or Security related experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs).

Responsibilities

• Produce employee and guest badges, identification cards, and security reader cards.
• Process Personnel Security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and property control.
• Collect electronic fingerprints, handprints and optical readings into systems.
• Maintain parking/vehicle database and daily activity/visitor reports.
• Maintain lock and key records.
• Process visit authorizations for employees and guests to gain access.
• Verify accuracy of information prior to issuing clearances.
• Maintain controlled security documents and information.
• Provide Physical Security support: bag inspections and occasional disposal of proprietary bins.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with LENEL access system.
• One Badge system.
• SIMS #MPR

Primary Level Salary Range: $6,100.00 - $101,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
