Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years Law Enforcement and or security supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinator is responsible to ensure that all Security personnel perform their assigned duties.
• Assigns Security personnel to post/assignments.
• Monitors post performance.
• Makes effective recommendations for termination, discipline, as well as performs performance evaluations for security guards.
• Maintains attendance records.
• Investigates/reports incidents on hospital property.
