Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Safety and Resilience Manager in organizing and managing the day-to-day security service of the enterprise, drafting and updating procedures, internal decisions and other documents related to post, inspections and checkpoints.
  • Prepare rules and procedures for security service to the protected areas of the enterprise.
  • Coordinate the work of the security staff on duty and supervise performance at posts.
  • Participate in the investigation of security incidents and determine causes, taking necessary measures with the security service.
  • Log security incidents and report emergencies and security issues to the Safety and Resilience Manager and the EIA Manager.

  • To assist the Safety and Security Manager in organizing and managing the day-to-day security service of the enterprise, drafting and updating procedures, internal decisions and other documents related to post, inspections and checkpoints related to the security activities of the enterprise.
  • To prepare rules and procedures for security service to the protected areas of the enterprise.
  • To make proposals on the establishment and improvement of an effective security system in the enterprise's working areas.
  • To directly coordinate the work of the staff of the security company providing security services in the working areas of the enterprise, personally supervise the performance of the work functions of the security staff on duty.
  • To participate in the investigation of violations and deficiencies in the security service and to find out the reasons and take necessary measures together with the security service.
  • Checking the practical work of the security service employees at their workplaces, checking the level of theoretical mastery of the procedures at the posts, work instructions.
  • To check the compliance and professionalism of the employees hired by the security company to provide services in the territory of the enterprise, to obtain copies of the required documents.
  • Arrange meetings with the security company to discuss current issues. Prepare minutes of meetings.
  • To give reports on the activities of the security company, to participate in the assessment of the quality of the service.
  • Regularly going to work areas located at other points of the enterprise, monitoring the security service there, checking the security system.
  • Log security incidents and report emergencies and security issues to the Safety and Resilience Manager and the EIA Manager.
  • To guide the employees of the security service on duty during emergency situations in taking necessary measures.
  • To participate in the investigation of security incidents, to carry out the necessary emergency measures at the scene of the incident.
