Qualifications

• Must pass CritiCall computer-based exam covering prioritization and data entry.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor movement of staff, inmates, and visitors to maintain a secure environment.
• Operate security consoles, door controls, alarms, and CCTV systems.
• Use radio and phone equipment for clear internal communication.
• Act as Incident Command Center during emergencies and coordinate responders.
• Maintain logs of radio assignments, maintenance requests, and other data.
• Identify and report hazards and disturbances to support safety.
• Perform basic tech troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Be flexible to take on additional duties as needed and work all shifts.
