Responsibilities

• Alarm response: Operate devices, monitor signals, document events in the report.
• Continuously monitor CCTV; report issues to Security Department.
• If alarm triggers, inform shift leader of exact location.
• Identify person causing alarm and log event; cancel central alarm with dispatcher if needed.
• If fire detection triggers, inform shift leader and assist evacuation; verify authenticity.
• Elevator phone monitoring: contact caller and notify technicians.
• Coordinate with guards on duty during daily operations.
• Attend mandatory trainings.
• Maintain order and cleanliness; comply with EHS regulations.
• Report extraordinary events; write records; report non-compliance.
• Carry out additional security tasks as instructed by Security Department.
• Maintain confidentiality of data; avoid unauthorized disclosure.
• Prevent unauthorized entry to CCTV room; follow access controls.
• Archive video recordings per regulations.
