Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience as a door staff professional.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC registration.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions including lifting 50+ lbs and walking stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and management.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk for people and property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor cameras and patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, recording details for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Titan Security is seeking an experienced Concierge Security Officer for a premier residential high-rise located in Chicago's Loop/River North area. This position is ideal for a mature, service-oriented security professional who takes pride in creating a safe and exceptional residential experience for residents and guests alike.

This is a fast-paced, technology-driven environment that requires a professional who can seamlessly balance exceptional customer service with strong security awareness. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, and confident interacting with residents, guests, vendors, and building management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
