Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Security Compliance Lead in Austin, TX, hybrid role to manage enterprise cybersecurity compliance activities, RMF execution, and POA&M accuracy for VA programs.

You will lead system authorization, document security controls, and coordinate continuous monitoring and evidence readiness with cross-functional teams and VA stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity compliance, RMF, ISSO support, or A&A activities in enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in NIST 800-53, RMF, POA&M management, SSP development, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF workflows, compliance dashboards, audit preparation and reporting.
• Coordinate POA&M updates, evidence collection, and remediation cycles with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with System Owners, Authorizing Officials, cybersecurity teams, engineers, and auditors to strengthen security posture.
