Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Security & Compliance Analyst to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS. You will implement, monitor, and enforce security policies across cloud and on‑prem environments, driving compliance with DoD and federal standards.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, on‑site work in Doral, FL, and hands-on experience with IAM, SIEM, and vulnerability management. A strong background in audits and security controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related field OR 5+ years of equivalent security/compliance experience.
• Experience in conducting security audits and implementing security controls in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of security automation, endpoint protection, and incident response processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce security policies, frameworks, and compliance controls across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Apply knowledge of DoD IL‑4/5, NIST 800‑53, FedRAMP and risk assessment methodologies.
• Utilize IAM, SIEM (Splunk), zero‑trust architectures, and vulnerability assessment frameworks.
