Job summary

Quisitive, a leading Microsoft partner in cloud security and AI governance, seeks a Security Coach to advise clients on improving their security posture. You will partner with MDR/SecOps, Customer Success, and consultants to translate telemetry and compliance needs into clear, actionable roadmaps.

You'll also help clients adopt Microsoft security capabilities while balancing risk, licensing, and business goals.

Qualifications

8+ years in cybersecurity or cloud security advisory.
Strong client-facing consulting and advisory skills.
Experience with Microsoft security products (Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview).
Ability to translate security data into actionable recommendations.
Understanding of NIST/CIS/PCI/HIPAA or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead recurring customer security coaching sessions with executive-level discussions.
Review threats, incidents, posture trends, and compliance insights to identify improvements.
Translate findings into roadmaps, next steps, and business-focused guidance.
Partner with MDR/SecOps, Customer Success, and consultants to align priorities and plans.
Provide guidance on Microsoft security capabilities and adoption of tools.
Prepare advisement materials and executive summaries using dashboards and telemetry trends.
Develop customer-specific security roadmaps tied to licensing and risk priorities.
