Job summary

Deployed Global Solutions, LLC seeks a skilled Welder for on-site assignments across CONUS/OCONUS to support federal construction projects. The role requires 10+ years welding experience, MIG/TIG proficiency, ability to read blueprints, and strong safety discipline, with travel up to 75% and potential work in austere environments.

Candidates must hold a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and be able to obtain necessary government approvals.

Qualifications

10+ years of proven welding experience in industrial and commercial settings.
Experience supporting federal government customers preferred.
Welding certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform welding operations in flat and vertical positions using appropriate welding techniques and equipment.
Operate welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment to build and assemble mechanical structures and components.
Fabricate new components and replacement parts as required.
Prepare, clean, and finish weld joints using grinding or other approved methods.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications; take accurate measurements to plan work layout and welding procedures.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform other general construction tasks at a project site, as necessary.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Meet production schedules and deadlines while maintaining workmanship standards.
