Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Web/Multimedia Programmer-turned-Instructional Designer to support the development of aviation training materials using ISD processes. You will create multimedia elements and courseware, coordinating with SMEs to ensure accuracy and instructional soundness.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and MS Project proficiency. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in instructional analysis, design, development, delivery, technical writing, or curriculum development.
• U.S. citizenship is required for DoD contract work.
• Experience with ISD methodologies and courseware development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop course materials and ISD deliverables in alignment with project milestones.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure instructional content is accurate and engaging.
• Maintain traceability of courseware updates across curricula.
• Support proposal efforts by ensuring ISD requirements meet customer specifications.
• Mentor teammates on design standards and multimedia development.
