Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a design or computer science field.
  • 3+ years in web design, UI/UX, or related discipline.
  • Experience reviewing or designing web apps, dashboards, or enterprise UIs.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Axure or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate existing web apps, dashboards, and UIs.
  • Assess UX, information architecture, navigation, and visual design for improvements.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance usability, accessibility, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Review wireframes, mockups, prototypes and design specs for alignment with standards.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders, software developers, engineers, and mission partners.
  • Document findings and recommendations to support system improvements and decision-making.
  • Support testing and validation to ensure design changes deliver intended outcomes.
