Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end UX and UI design for mission-critical government-facing applications.

You will drive user research, analysis, prototyping, and delivery, balancing research-driven UX with high-quality visual design within government constraints. The role collaborates with product managers and engineers to ensure designs meet real user needs, accessibility standards (WCAG), and government guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Experience conducting UX research, analysis, and synthesis (not UI-only).
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI efforts for mission-critical applications.
• Define and evolve design systems and component libraries with engineering.
• Establish consistent interaction patterns and design standards across apps.
