Qualifications

• Experience applying UX methodologies to gather and translate user requirements.
• Ability to create rough and notional UI designs for handoff to designers and developers.
• Strong communication and advocacy for user needs while balancing project constraints.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and validate understanding of user and customer requirements
• Break down, frame, and analyze the problems to be solved
• Collaborate with cross-functional developers to clarify and ensure team understanding of each problem and solution
• Design user interfaces and interactivity solutions
• Communicate design specifications to graphic designers and developers through sketches and wireframes
• Document work, findings, artifacts, etc.
• Synchronize UX/design cycles with feature development iterations
• Monitor and adopt new industry UX/design practices
