Vantor is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable web applications that support mission-critical operations. You will develop backend services with Java and Python, and frontend apps with Angular/TypeScript, hosted on AWS.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and involves a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote in the DC metro area.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and/or Python.
• Experience building modern web apps with Angular/TypeScript.
• Hands-on AWS: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with Java and Python.
• Develop responsive front-end apps using Angular and TypeScript.
• Maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Manage source with Git workflows, code reviews, and merges.
• Troubleshoot across development, test, and production environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of applications.
