Job summary

RTX is seeking an Integration and Test Lead to support Patriot Missile programs. You will define integration strategies, plan for requirements sell-off, lead test execution, and analyze data from hardware-in-the-loop and ground/flight tests.

The role requires ability to support alternate shifts, travel up to 10%, and a DoD security clearance. This is a U.S.-based position with opportunities to impact system performance and mission success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with missile subassembly integration and test.
• Active DoD security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration planning and execution for missile subassemblies.
• Develop and prepare test beds for system-level integration.
• Coordinate resources across multiple test facilities for integration and test operations.
• Review and write integration and verification documentation and test procedures.
• Analyze test data to identify performance issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Summarize findings and present analyses to leadership and external customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and manufacturing to improve system performance.
• Travel up to 10% for RTX facilities and sites, including shifts as needed.
