Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking a Systems Engineer for onsite work near Tewksbury/Woburn. You will help test, integrate, and verify hardware and software across the product lifecycle, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and supporting field and lab environments.

The role requires a BS in a STEM field and hands-on debugging with lab test equipment, MATLAB and scripting experience. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues using commercial test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support testing and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Perform functional analysis of real-world and test data.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support system integration and test activities, including live tests.
• Prepare results in reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Maintain engineering documentation and datasets.
