Qualifications

• Ten years of System Administrator experience in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Five additional years can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support and communicate status to management.
• Configure UNIX and Windows OS, install/loads software, and configure network components for reliability and performance.
