Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Herndon, VA, to design and implement robust event-driven architectures that improve observability and tracking across data pipelines. You will build modular, scalable solutions with strong access control, fault tolerance, and real-time alerting, while contributing to a data infrastructure aligned with operational excellence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage Python and Kafka, and emphasize modular design and secure data

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Proficient in Python for asynchronous/concurrent programming.
• Experience with Kafka distributed messaging.
• Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven design.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, ELK stack).

Responsibilities
