Avalore.ai is seeking a Requirements Analyst to establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the Advana System. You will document and track requirements from inception through implementation, ensure full traceability, and manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities.

Qualifications

• Requires SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required for all levels.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship unavailable.
• Strong communication and self-start capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the requirements management environment from inception through implementation.
• Document and track all system requirements with full traceability.
• Facilitate elicitation sessions with stakeholders and refine requirements to be clear, complete, and testable.
• Manage changes through a formal control process and create verification matrices.
• Generate status reports for program management and train team members on requirements best practices.
