Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking a Requirements Analyst to establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the Advana System. You will document and track requirements from inception through implementation, ensuring full traceability and release baselines.

You will facilitate elicitation with stakeholders, refine requirements for clarity and testability, and manage changes via a formal control process. Proficiency in English and MS Office is required.

Job description

The Requirements Analyst will establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the Advana System. This person will document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation, ensure full traceability, and manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities. This person will facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, analyze and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable, and establish a requirements baseline for each release. This person will manage requirements changes through a formal control process, create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation, and generate requirements status reports for program management. This person will develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes, train team members on requirements best practices, and ensure requirements align with program objectives and constraints.

• SECRET Security Clearance Required
• We are actively seeking multiple levels:
• Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Avalore will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise (i.e.business office with computers,phoneand printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).

• Salary estimates for this job range from $85,000 - $184,000.
