Job summary

Raytheon in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Project Management Liaison/Meeting and Event Specialist to provide subject matter expertise and day-to-day program support for Raytheon, USG, and international customers. This onsite role will manage conferences, PMRs, working groups, trade shows, and similar events.

Qualified candidates typically hold a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years in program management, meetings, or events, and have strong financial acumen with MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in programs, meetings, or events.
• Experience reviewing financials, budgets, forecasts, and cost information with MS Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; travel as needed; security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned program budgets, schedules, tasks, and customer requirements with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a liaison between Raytheon PMs, U.S. Government, international customers, and internal teams.
• Assess project issues, develop solutions, drive problem resolution, monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to junior Program Liaison personnel and support PMs with complex problems.
• Review and analyze program financials, provide forecasting and cost recommendations through EAC.
