Job summary

Rivet Operations Company in Arlington, VA is seeking a Program Analyst to provide comprehensive business, financial, and programmatic support to S&T and R&D programs. The role focuses on data analysis, spend planning, and coordination across government, industry, and academic partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, SAP knowledge, and strong communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university.
• At least three years of experience with SAP and/or Navy ERP.
• Strong verbal communication and critical thinking required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Federal government/DoD program experience and related certifications (DAWIA/FAC-C) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and financial management support to S&T and/or R&D programs.
• Extract, analyze, and organize cost and financial data for technical programs.
• Track availability, allocation, and execution of funds to support program objectives.
• Review financial documents and plans to identify deficiencies, trends, and impact on execution.
• Assist with annual phasing and planning activities, including spend plans.
