Job summary

Raytheon in Goleta, CA is seeking a Thin Films Production Specialist for on-site duties. You will perform optics cleaning, deposition coatings, and photolithography while coordinating with process engineering to resolve issues and ensure quality.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least 4 years in photolithography or optical deposition, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. This is an onsite role with a negotiable start time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean optics and maintain chambers.
• Source preparation and deposition of coatings in chambers.
• Photolithography, measurements, defect mapping, and packaging.
• Critical metrology like spectral evaluation, metal thickness, and wafer flatness.
• Coordinate workflow and cross-functional communication to track WIP and address production issues.
