Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Apps, especially Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Project Management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate in both written and verbal format to stakeholders.
• Security Clearance: TS//SCI Preferably, S minimum

Responsibilities

• Tracking and maintaining IPT-level task trackers, deliverables, and communications.
• Coordinating meetings and visits including external partners, senior leadership, sponsors, or as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead.
• Taking meeting notes, as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead.
• Tracking and supporting material acquisition procurements. Create and maintain an IPT material inventory.
• Assisting IPT Leadership with Knowledge Management tasks.
