Allied Universal in Rochester, NH is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver Clearance Required. This full-time unarmed role requires a DoD Secret Clearance and a valid driver’s license. Pay is $23.26 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating shifts.

You will provide excellent customer service, patrol the site, monitor access points, and document incidents. A DoD clearance and background check are required by policy.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Rochester, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a manufacturing location, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and work with integrity as part of an agile, reliable, innovative team with a caring culture that puts people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and along the perimeter, observing and reporting unusual conditions or activities.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
