Job summary

AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to support NIWC Pacific in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on testing and validating networked systems for the NOTM program, with responsibilities spanning lab asset management, installation, and performance verification.

Requirements include an active Secret clearance, CCNA and Security+ certifications, Naval IP networking experience, and strong technical writing and communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Experience with Navy/Marine Corps IP-based networks preferred.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification required.
  • CCNA certification required (or within 90 days of hire).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Occasional travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage laboratory assets used to test networking technologies.
  • Install and configure networked systems (routing, switching, compute).
  • Establish and maintain LAN connectivity for multiple enclaves.
  • Draft test plans and reports for NOTM program testing.
  • Contribute input for PDR and CDR on prototype vehicles.
  • Support NOTM program integration and testing.
