Strong writing and security credentialing are essential. The position requires an active Secret clearance, CCNA, and Security+ certifications, plus 2–6 years in engineering or CS.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.
• CCNA certification required (or within 90 days of hire).
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 2-6 years of experience.
• Experience with NSA Type 1 encryption equipment is required.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to draft documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab assets used to test emerging networking technologies.
• Install and configure networked systems including routing/switching hardware and protocols.
• Establish, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN connectivity for multiple security enclaves.
• Assist in testing and evaluating new equipment for NOTM program.
• Draft test plans and test reports for networking testing.
• Contribute input to PDR/CDR for prototype vehicle development.
