Job summary

NorthHill Technology Resources is seeking a Network Administrator to support a NGA program in Springfield, VA. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and will sponsor for CI Poly within the first year.

You will work in a data center / campus environment, primarily Cisco with ACI Fabric and some Juniper, plus F5 load balancing. Responsibilities include routing and switching administration, incident response, system monitoring, Tier 2/3 support, security per STIG using Retina/HBSS, and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; CI Polygraph sponsorship within first year.
• Experience with routing and switching in data center / campus networks.
• Ability to support IT systems and manage infrastructure including monitoring and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Systems administration of routing and switching devices connected to LAN/WAN.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 issue identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Support escalation communications to agency management and internal customers.
