Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a qualified professional for a Washington, DC-based role focused on operational expertise and technical support for non-AFSC education and training, deployment requirements, and readiness management.

You will coordinate with DoD and Air Force organizations, develop training objectives, validate AFSCs, and support ACE-enabled deployment concepts to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years supporting deployment/readiness requirements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and ability to communicate effectively with customers

Responsibilities

• Provide operational expertise in non-AFSC education and training and maintain knowledge of deployment and readiness requirements
• Support coordination with Air Education and Training Command and other MAJCOMs
• Coordinate with Joint organizations, DoD organizations, and other Services regarding readiness and deployment training
• Support career field managers in incorporating MCA training and education into life cycle training plans
• Support development of 100/200/300/400-level training objectives in ACE Training and Certification FRAGO
• Validate AFSCs and cross-utilization training requirements, in coordination with FAMs
• Support ACE-capable force elements for forward operating site and contingency locations
• Assist in development and staffing of wing-level Advanced Ready Training syllabi
• Ensure compliance with readiness regulations like AFI 10-405, RAT
• Perform other duties as assigned
